Bleeding

Has anyone had “conception/fertilization bleeding” two days after sex? I’m aware of what implantation bleeding is…yet is it different from possible fertilization bleeding? I had intercourse while ovulating and 2 days later I experienced a very very faint bleeding for about 2 days after. Could this be an indication of fertilization? I’ve read fertilization can happen within minutes and wondering if my light bleeding showed because of it? Thanks 🙏
