Sleep training

How do I get my 2 year old daughter to stay asleep in her room by herself thru the night? A little back story my daughter eat enough thru the day therefore, doesn't sleep thru the night and wakes for a 2nd bottle on a night basis. Another small detail I understand this not a process to be rushed but, do work full time and  I am almost 5 months pregnant w/ our second daughter.

    I’m trying to figure out the same thing for my 6.5 year old.  He in a phase of being scared of everything even though he knows monsters aren’t real.  Would really love a sleeper before a new baby comes.  😭🤣😭🤣😭. For a two year old can you do a. Snack right before bed?  A smoothie or something to fill the belly?
