5 weeks pregnant - shoulder pain!

Hello!
I am new here.
I am approaching 5 weeks pregnant with my first (4 weeks 6 days!)
Several days ago I woke up and my shoulder felt achy - almost identical to the feeling of getting a vaccine.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Of course Dr. google scared me quite a bit.
I am hoping for an early scan to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. No other distinct symptoms - just general cramps and some nausea etc.
just really feeling scared!

    Shoulder pain can be trapped gas. Muscle aches are also super normal.
    ive had an eptopic pregnancy and it hurt a lot, down by my hip.

    Hi! Although it can be a symptom of ectopic pregnancy, I had on and off shoulder pain starting at 5 weeks and still have it at 10 with a confirmed intrauterine pregnancy. When in doubt, call your OB!
