8 weeks pregnant with brown discharge

Hi All, I m 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. Had my ultrasound last week, everything is normal with position and heart beat. Since yesterday I'm observing a brown discharge. I got worried and went to ER today for ultrasound. Everything's normal. Not sure why the brown discharge though. I had constipation as well for past two days. Any idea on why this happens.

    Please do not waste ER resources and go to the ER for brown discharge- unless your doctor's off hours line tells you to.

    Brown blood=old blood. You had a transvaginal ultrasound, (sex, maybe, too) your cervix is sensitive and it got irritated probably bled a bit and was eventually flushed out. NOT an emergency. Maybe a phone call, if concerned.
