Bleeding at 17w 1d

Hi Mamas.
Looking for some support if anyone is unfortunately in the same position I am OR have been.
I’m 17w and 1d along, just a couple days ago I experienced moderate bleeding when I urinated (TMI) including a decent size clot (no tissue) and mild cramping (and headaches) I rushed into emergency where they did a pelvic exam, ultrasound and blood draw which all came back as normal (THANK GOD.) was discharged with a “we’re unsure where the bleeding is coming from, your blood levels and baby are all healthy”… which I continued to bleed on and off throughout the night. The following day I had an app with my OB who who also did a pelvic exam and he was the least bit worried. Saying all still looked good that possibly it’s broken blood vessels being released. I was put on not necessarily bed rest but “relax/don’t do much at all” kind of rest.
I cannot fathom the fact I’m bleeding this much, this far into my pregnancy and there’s less than any worry. I’m trying not to worry and not stress over it since my OB doesn’t seem worried at this point but y’all, I’m terrified. With every pee and every cramp and panty liner change my heart stops and the tears flow in fear.
Is anyone going through this currently or has in the past?
