Quad Testing

Had the quad test done. Result came back as abnormal risk. The comments said increased risk for Trisomy 18. My result said 1:75. What does this mean? I am freaking out and so worried. Two weeks ago my baby was diagnosed with two blood vessel. Anyone familiar with any of this. I want this baby so bad. Praying for a healthy baby.
