    -Focusing on eating healthier and choosing healthier snacks. I need to stock up on fresh fruits and veggies but just don’t have the ambition yet!

    How's everything going? Any recent wins?
    -I ate chocolate filled ice cream cone bottoms for breakfast, so, not well lol.

    What has you motivated or struggling?
    -Just struggling with the energy to get stuff done. Even mentally I’m exhausted!

    I’m trying to eat healthy and walk on my breaks at work instead of os sitting on my butt. 

    How's everything going? Any recent wins? 
    I walked this morning and ate a banana for a snack 🤣

    What has you motivated or struggling?
    I went grocery shopping yesterday and ice cream was on sale so of course I had to get some!!

  • Since 2 miscarriages last year, I really tried focusing on my nutrition and health. I used to eat a lot of junk and fast food and drink tons of soda and very little water. I now have a fresh kale/spinach smoothie every day, quit fast food and junk food, only drink water and quit smoking. I feel better already and am now 6weeks. I have no desire for any of the food or habits I used to have. My motivation, God, my 5yo, my future children and my health.  ❤️

    Nothing specific here aside from eating well and going back to my daily meditation practice.

    I am at risk for premature labour and cervical shortening so I am keeping exercise to a minimum unfortunately. I'm usually very active. Last time I slowly started to move again around 24-28 weeks, if everything goes well I would like to aim for that again which should line up with summertime.

    I came up with this food Excel spreadsheet last time because I'm 🙈🥲🙃. The most relevant is probably this list of food item which should about provide you with a good  base for what you need in a pregnant day, it's missing grains and legumes, some fat and maybe 1 iron food item and 1 calcium food item.
