Our Facebook group is officially live: let the migration begin! Here is the procedure to join:
1) Comment on THIS POST indicating if you want to be in the private Facebook group.
2) People will then "love it" on your comment if they recognize you as someone who participates in the forum on a regular basis. **Please only "love it" on members that you recognize as actually participating in weekly or monthly threads, not just members that have posted on the posts regarding moving**
3) Once you hit five "love its," myself or one of the other Facebook moderators (@BourbonBiscuits or @ashleyp625)will send you a private message through the Bump to verify that you are indeed who you say you are.
4) Verification process: you will send (via Bump private message) a picture showing both your face AND bump, as well as a sign with the date, your Bump username and your Facebook name. Also, send a screenshot of your facebook profile.
4) Once you have sent over verification, you will receive a link to join the FB group. Please note that the link is time-limited (i.e., it expires if it's not used within a few days).
Please note it will take us awhile to get everything moved over, and getting content over there will be slow-going. In the meantime (and to some extent after), this board will continue to run as usual. FB group cut off date will be March 10. This will give members who want to join plenty of time to be an active member here first.
Also, if you're having a hard time finding your private messaging inbox, it is the second icon on the top right corner of your screen on your desktop browser. Not sure if there's a way to check your inbox on mobile.
