possible early pregnancy. Need Help Hello!

I am a 30-year-old mom.
I have 3 children already. 10, 7, and 5.
I recently missed my period on the 2nd of February. I had not been feeling well recently and my normal period symptoms were not around. I started to feel nausea, light cramps, fatigue, and heavy breast tenderness on Tuesday. I missed my period on the 2nd. I took a test on Thursday at 7 pm. There was a faint line. I took another Friday morning and again, it had a faint line. I took a clear blue digital at 3 pm on Friday and it was negative. I took another clear blue digital this morning at 5 am, and it was also negative. I have an appointment set up for Monday to do a blood test. BUT...
today I noticed that I am spotting brown. This is what normally happens before my period starts. I am so worried now. I did get the faint positives (within 3 min of taking the test). I am still feeling all the symptoms above.
I have never had this happen when in early pregnancy before, so I am worried...Has anyone had this happen? And conversation/ suggestions. support is very welcome!!

Spotting could be from implantation or just cervical sensitivity.
It could also mean your menses is coming and you unfortunately had a chemical pregnancy.
Our experiences unfortunately have no guidance for yours. Your tests were positive although you didn’t turn a digital, so today you’re pregnant.
