@kamays54 thank you so much 🤍 I hope that your baby shower went great!
@seeds_of_joy it is super annoying 😣 It feels like when you crack your knuckles, but in your pubic area. It usually goes away after the birth… Right now I am waddling and it hurts to sit, lay sideways.
Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) – or pubis symphysis dysfunction – is a kind of pelvic pain that happens during pregnancy. It's also called pelvic girdle pain (PG).
The pubic symphysis is a joint that sits centered between your pubic bones, right above your vulva. When you're pregnant, the ligaments around this joint become more elastic and flexible, so that your baby can pass through during delivery. When the ligaments become too relaxed before then, though, it can cause instability and pain.
@iscarelys thanks! It was a little stressful in the beginning but it went really well over all. I really appreciated everyone who came out and all the love and support this little one got already.
@karbaud I hope you have a safe and easy induction!
Re: Hump Day Bump Day Feb 1
37 weeks + 3 days 🙌🏼 I got diagnosed with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and holy cow! It is super uncomfortable 😣 painful sometimes.
@iscarelys sorry you're going through that. You look fabulous as always despite it!
This is from Sunday before my baby shower. I was 36+2

I copied this from a website 😊
@iscarelys I hope the SPD resolves itself or at least not interfere with your life too much. It does not sound fun at all!
