  • I did a home workout for Monday and Tuesday. I take out the yoga mat and my resistance bands and just lots of my own body weight and good stretch! 

    Its 32°F outside here so I’ll be heading to the gym downstairs in my apt building. No one is ever there during the day so it’s like my own private gym. My old lady hips of 37 years old are not working like they used to, so I would like to walk for at least 40 minutes. 

    Also, my mom gave me a face steam machine for Xmas and I’ve been using it at night time. It’s great for hydration and opening up my pores and killing excess bacteria blackheads etc, plus it feels nice. I’ve been steaming while using my face gua sha stone too. Kudos to the women who have Botox and fillers, I’m too scared to do that, so I’ll stick with my face steamer and gua sha to lift and depuff.

  • Still CFing but starting to modify a little. I think I overdid the ab work last week (even though I modified) and aggravated some round ligament pain so I’m working with my coach/owner on how to avoid that going forward. He’s a PT, which is helpful. My chiro worked on it a little Tuesday and adjusted my pelvis and I felt a ton of relief after that. 
  • @lmn823 any good resources for gua sha? I have a little stone in my Amazon cart but have no idea how to use it haha. I figured it might help with the super long breaks from botox. 
  • @msjaay  unfortunately i don’t have any websites or videos I follow online. My old coworker shocked me, she’s Japanese and she’s 60 years old and looks 40. She uses gua sha everyday and these finger face exercises. She told me to always pull upwards and never down and also with your fingers find the pressure points in your face to press and it’ll bring more blood circulation to those areas, Like around the sockets of your eyes. Also to massage your lymph nodes near your ears and the sides of your neck, that you can google where your lymph nodes are. I mean she looks amazing without any surgery or fillers so I would love to look as young and beautiful as her so I try my best to do these exercises a few times a night. I think she does them everyday but I’m lazy lol
