I think I'm going to do an early glucose test before I move and so my normal anxiety I'll fail has moved up in importance the past few days. I've never failed a glucose test before but I don't know if it means I can't go to a birth center in Oregon so I desperately don't want want to fail.
My partner thought our current lease was up in March so he he scheduled our new move in date for March 7 only to later find out our current lease is actually up on February 28 sooo I guess we will stay in a hotel for a week between moving out and moving in, I hope that's the last unexpected hassle that comes up, I would like %60 less stress in my life.
I collect baby carriers, I used to sew historical costumes for a hobby but I haven't got back into it since becoming a mom. I also grow tons of houseplants and grow a patio garden every year, growing roses and learning how to weave are longtime interests of mine.

had appointment today, anatomy scan is on the 27th. Found out today I will get extra ultrasounds toward the end of pregnancy bc I’m old! So that’s exciting.
I used to do a lot of scrapbooking, but don’t really have time right now. I also like to crochet and plan to make a baby blanket soon I just cant decide on a color combo. I made my first son blue and yellow, second son green and yellow, third son blue and white, maybe this bundle of boy will get blue and green?

You can figure out if the placenta is in the front with the Doppler too if you want to, placenta sounds like a deeper swooshy heartbeat (that's the best way I can describe it) I use a fetoscope at home to find placenta and the baby's heartbeat but you can't use it until closer to 20 weeks.
I think @ReadyForaB has her own Doppler too though, maybe she has more tips!

Special interests - the feminism of the 1960s and 70s second wave! That group was part of my dissertation on separatist womyn's spaces and I just think they're the coolest. The Radicalesbians are probably my favorite group! Even just the first sentence of their manefesto - The Woman Identified Woman - is so in your face! I'm not as radical as they were, but just the *pow* of it all I think is so great! I also appreciate the street theater of the WITCH (Women's International Terrorist Conspiracy from Hell) group where the women would dress as witches and run up and down Wall Street hexing the men that worked there - ha!

Rant. We still have not found a name for baby. My husband likes the name Parker but he’s worried it’s more of a girl’s name now days. I have given up completely because nothing sounds right.
Questions:
Anyone else dealing with some major cravings yet? My craving disgusts me but I also had it with my daughter too and I cannot get enough. All I want is a meatball sub from subway. When I’m not pregnant I don’t want it at all which is so weird to me.

I am too all over the place to stick with one interest or hobby.. so no not at this time lol

Interesting baby fact: well I showed my mom the bumps 3d image of what baby looks like this week and she said "oh wow that's really a whole ass baby now!" So there's my milestone I guess lmao
Upcoming appts: couple weeks from now. Just had one last Friday and still feel pissed about the midwife telling me to stop gaining so much weight.
How are you feeling: actually pretty good. I've had more energy lately, I'm actually keeping up right now with everything. My house, my workouts, and things that make me happy. It's been nice. Heartburn I could do without...
Rants/raves: I wish I could feel more energized to do work at work lmao. I've been eager to accomplish everything in my personal life but nothing at work!
Questions:
Gtky: jiu jitsu up until I got pregnant. I really look forward to getting back at it. I also love cooking. Some days it feels like a chore, but typically I do love cooking. I've been trying to become a better baker! I love just planning in general and love to be on pinterest getting ideas for things.
I was the same as @thescarletmom last week just counting down the days getting more stressed by the minute. It's such a relief to have it over with at least. I'll be crossing my fingers for all of you waiting on yours the next couple of weeks 🤞🏻🤞🏻
