No heartbeat at 7 weeks

Hello all, I’m under the care of a fertility dr and I went for my 2nd transvaginal ultrasound sound today and unfortunately he couldn’t find a heartbeat. He said I may not be as far along as we think (but not far off since I had IUi and a trigger shot) and I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience. He’s calling later with my HSG and I’m trying to be optimistic but also preparing for the worst

    This happened with my first. I went in thinking I was 8 weeks along and the baby was measuring behind and had no heartbeat. I had to go back for another ultrasound a week later where there was a strong heartbeat. That baby is now 6. I pray that this is your case and that the baby is just a little bit behind. Positive vibes coming your way.
