Wow, changes happen so quickly! I was eating like a bird since we found out and had very little appetite. Now in my 12th week the hunger hit me so hard. I'm sooo hungry all the time! 😆 What a change. I've noticed I've also developed a small pudge overnight.

make a list of your favorite foods and prep those ahead of time in batches, especially if they are healthy and easy to grab! For example, I’ve been obsessed with red bell peppers + Swiss cheese + carrot chips (thin sliced carrot rounds) and hummus. I stack it all together like it’s a sandwich to enjoy! Anyways, I have those fresh veggies cut up and ready to eat for the week and all I have to do is grab everything out of the fridge and eat. Takes so much mental energy off and gives a quick boost! Sometimes I’ll have a hard boiled egg with it and add in a grain to call it a meal if I’m looking for something larger too.
