Spotting early pregnancy

Anyone have light spotting in your first few weeks? I have some light pink and brown spotting only when I wipe, I’m 5 weeks as of yesterday. My doctor said unless it’s coming with unbearable cramps or filling a pad I should be fine. Anyone else experience this?

    I am currently going through that at the moment but this is also my second and it also happened with my first and she turned out just fine. Can you update and let me know how you’re doing? Hope it went well and everything is okay!!
