Fading symptoms

Hello All,
Last week (week 6) my nausea and fatigue symptoms were so strong plus I had some on going cramps since week 4. I’m now 7+4 and have hardly had any symptoms in 4 days. I’m concerned that something is wrong and my first ultrasound isnt for another 2 weeks. Had any one else had experience with this? I know that symptoms come and go but 4 days seems like a lot.
