Bloating, acid reflux and sickness

in 1st Trimester
Hi all
I’m 5 weeks and I’m suffering quite bad already with acid reflux, terrible bloating where my stomach is rock hard most of the day and nausea I’m taking anti sickness meds and travel bands seem to help but now I’m having bad acid reflux. Also heart palpitations scared help!

    Talk to your doctor ASAP about the heart palpitations and if the drugs might be contributing to your reflux. Are you constipated? I get reflux when I'm constipated, even when not pregnant. Restoralax or metamuscil can help (my dr told me both are pregnancy safe) and I've started eating all bran buds daily, which has helped me
