Baby bumped head!

My 3 month old baby rolled off his tummy time mat and hit the back of his head on the floor. He didn’t cry, there’s no bump, and he seems to be acting normally but I’m nervous as a first time mom. I called the pediatrician and they told me what to watch for, but I’m hoping for reassurance that other parents have had similar experiences.

    from how high of a height?  babies are surprisingly resilient.
    Current pregnancy -
    First BFP on 1/4/22.  Due date 9/13/22.

    Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.
