High hcg?

I had a miscarriage in April and surprisingly pregnant with my third child. I had my first hcg draw yesterday, levels are 41,404! Lmp 11/4 I’m afraid this might be a molar pregnancy or multiples? I’m about 6w5d. Any advice? I have my first visit today, hoping they give me an ultrasound.

Re: High hcg?

  • I had an HCG draw at either 6w4d or 6w5d with a level in the 43,000s and that was a singleton pregnancy. The range for HCG levels is quite wide so even if it seems really high it may not be an indicator of multiples. Hope everything looks okay at your appointment!
