Measuring behind? *TW, possible MC

On Tuesday, I had my first ultrasound at what I thought was 7w5d, but I only measured about 5w6d and no signs of a fetal pole yet (just a yolk sac). Because my last cycle ended in a miscarriage, my OB isn’t sure if maybe I miscalculated how far along I was, or if I’m about to have another miscarriage/termination. I’ve had two blood draws to measure HCG and progesterone, and I have another ultrasound scheduled for this Tuesday to see if I’m progressing and discuss the results of my blood tests, but I’m wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this, and how it all turned out for you - my mind is racing and all I can do is wait

@emchambs So sorry to hear that. I had a similar situation over the summer that ended up being an anembryonic pregnancy. The wait for the next few weeks is the worst part. Sending you healthy baby vibes. 🤗
