I will be seeing midwives for sure. I saw midwives previously for my two other pregnancies (that went to term and resulted in live children). I also had an ectopic pregnancy in between that required the care of an OB- that experience totally confirmed my desire to be seen by a midwife. I also work in a birth center alongside midwives…so I’m a little biased!
Both. The OB practice I go to has nurse midwives and OBGYNs. I also have an MFM because I'm high risk from other health conditions. And all my "regular" specialists want to see me once a trimester. I'll be going to SO MANY appointments. Luckily there is free parking. 🤣
