Nothing super juicy to start out, but I'm super bad at replying to texts/emails in my head, rather than in reality. A lot of the time I see an email or text but I'm doing something with my daughter and I'll know what I want to say back, but then forget to actually DO that, and wind up thinking I responded to something I never really did. It's such a bad habit.
@ki1244 I do that too with texts and then it’s gone so long that it’s awkward to reply because I thought I already did a week ago.
I think I have a FFFC, but it’s also not very juicy. A few months ago, I reluctantly accepted we were 1 & done and I gave away ALL of my baby stuff to a friend. An entire collection of cloth diapers + accessories, infant car seat, crib/mattress, all my sentimental baby clothes left, crib, ergo, maternity/nursing things, etc. And then looks like Murphy’s law got me. She was the first person I told (after my partner) so I could get things back as her baby outgrows them- I didn’t take back what I gave her, just wanted her to know to pass it back when she’s done!
Mine is that while I found the A Court of Thorns and Roses series very good, and I wasn't able to put them down, booktok totally misled me by calling them spicy. All of the *fun* scenes in book 1 were all fade to black basically. Harry Potter fanfics have ruined me with "spice" level and I apparently need to temper my expectations when it comes to finding books.
