Hcg levels

in 1st Trimester
Hello I just found out I am pregnant I’m probably no more that 3 weeks. I had a little bleeding in the beginning but than it stopped. My hcg level dropped a tiny bid and now some pregnancy test say. I am pregnant while others say I’m not has any one experienced this and carried the baby to term?
I am trying not to freak out

    If you are 3 weeks, you wouldn't be turning tests....

    Anyways:  how do you know what your HGCs are?  Just curious did you get blood draws? Did they double up in 48 hours?
