    Since we decided to start trying again, I figured it should make a generally health change. I’ve stopped drinking as I believe this was one of the main reasons of my weight gain over the years. Additionally I’m more conscious about what I’m eating. I have also started working out again. It’s been years since I have done actual workouts so it’s slow and I hurt but it will all be worth it I know.

  • @AmMcc12 Those sound like positive changes, keep up the good work! 

    I am limiting alcohol and caffeine, and focusing on eating really well. The diet is always the hard part for me, but I am staying focused on whole foods and healthy fats. I am already looking forward to indulging in desserts at Christmas though! 

    I feel pretty frustrated by my current exercise routine. I’ve been advised by my OBGYN and my acupuncture doc to keep it low intensity and low impact, which is basically the opposite of how I like to work out. I miss running so much but I keep reminding myself that these changes are only temporary and for a good reason.
