Cramping after FET

Hello,
I had my first FET 11/7. I experienced dizziness all day 11/9 which is strange. Last night and today my lower back is cramping the exact same way it does prior to my period. Because of the cramps I am thinking the transfer wasn’t successful. Has anyone else experienced this?

Experiencing dizziness and lower back cramps after a frozen embryo transfer (FET) is not uncommon, and it does not necessarily indicate success or failure. These symptoms can be caused by hormonal changes and the body's response to the procedure. It's essential to avoid jumping to conclusions and wait for the recommended time to take a pregnancy test. Every individual's experience can vary, so it's best to discuss any concerns with your fertility specialist.
