6w 5d yolk sac or twins?

Attached a pic of my ultrasound. Nurse said the top one was probably a yolk sac, but could possibly be twins! She said it was too early to tell, and we will know better in two weeks (next appointment).

Has anyone had an ultrasound that looks like this??

Do you think there’s a chance it’s twins?

Wait and see. I don't know what ultrasounds look like, so I side w/ nurse. See what happens.
