Acetone soaking

in 1st Trimester
Im very concerned. I was soaking off my nails while sitting on the pedicure chair and the acetone bowl spilled all over my stomach. I did IVF so I also have on my estrogen patches. Im afraid its was absorbed into my skin and harmed the baby. What are your
thoughts??
