Positive pregnancy tests and light period

Hi! I have had several positive pregnancy tests in the past couple of days (to make sure) but I am also having a light period. It seems lighter than my normal period but heavier than “spotting”. No clots and very mild cramping. My doctor is closed for the weekend. Has anyone had this happen before? Hoping it’s not a miscarriage :/ TIA!
