Which double stroller should I get with a newborn and 3 y.o.?

LO #2 is due in Dec and my oldest will be 3. She is about 40 lbs. so I don’t know which double Stroller makes the most sense. Mockingbirds second seat only holds 40 lbs. does my oldest even need a seat anymore or should I just get a riding board? Any insights, advice or can you share what you did if you’re in a similar situation? Thanks!!

I have a 3.5 year old and am opting not to get a double stroller. She won't be using it long if I get one. Worst comes to worst, my spouse and I can each take a stroller, but my 3 year old can usually just walk.
