  What do you mean by a "suitable third name"? Like another first name option or a second middle name?

  Unless you live in a place where this is common this may cause issues on forms that typically only have one middle name. I’ve heard the same is true of double names or hyphenated names.

  Aria Elizabeth is awesome as is.  No need for a 3rd name unless its cultural.

  I have three names, and I definitely want my children to have that as well. There is no problem in forms. Having three names is the norm here in Finland.

  First name would be: Aria.
  then the two names that only come up in legal forms.

  If you are going with a third name I would suggest something shorter to balance out the 3 and 4 syllables of Aria Elizabeth
