Follicle growth pain

Hey
Is it normal to feel your follicle growing one week before ovulation occurs? It’s like a very mild ache when I sit down in my lower abdomen/hip bone.
Does it affect your abillity to get pregnant? Who feels this too and got pregnant?

    This is unlikely. The only time I've had O pain outside of when I actually O I had a cyst on my ovary.

    I agree with @sunshine134, I've felt that when I've had a cyst or when I was on fertility medications
