Pelvic Pain/Pressure

I have been having pelvic pain/pressure for the past 4 weeks & I am currently 13 weeks pregnant. I was told it was because of a hemorrhage on my uterus which also caused a lot of spotting but now all the spotting is gone but the pain is still there causing me to wobble early on in my pregnancy. What could this be. Please help!

    Excellent question for your medical team.  They told you what it was.  Great the bleeding stopped! If you are wobbling - then it would be great to make a followup call to your doctors nurses line and update them.  See what they say.
