Nausea at 5 weeks

I don’t know what to do. I feel so sick and nauseous to the point where I have no appetite and I’m afraid to eat or drink. Please help if you know Any remedies to help ease nausea.

Ginger (fresh or in tea) helped me a lot. I also tried to keep something bland (like toast or saltines) in my stomach at all times. Good luck!
