  You have so much time for baby to move.  Baby could go head down tonight, next week or at 38 weeks.  Don't panic, even if you do have a c-section its ok.  C-section ar times can be a necessity for delivering a healthy baby and there is no shame to that.

  have you looked into a prenatal chiropractor? I follow a bunch on Instagram and they do this thing called the Webster Technique (i think?) that is supposed to help with breech positioning. my doctor gave me a list at 28 weeks of chiropractors in my area that do prenatal adjustments, maybe yours could recommend someone?
  
  I'm a first time mom too so I'm just sharing what I've read/seen. I'm only 29 weeks now so I'm not as far along as you are. wishing the best for you and your baby!

  I agree- baby still has plenty of time to flip over. There are ways you can sit/stand/stretch to get baby to move into a more agreeable position too... Sitting on an exercise ball and doing circular movements, sitting straight up instead of reclining, I've even heard of icing the top of your belly.

  Mine was breech too,apart from spinning babies I tried acupuncture  and chiropractor Webster thecnique and he flipped,I felt chiropractic  was so effective,he flipped right after the second session.
