Solids menu ideas for breakfast, lunch & dinner please!

Hi, my LO just turned 1 and I’m not a big eater or foodie so my ideas for preparing his solids need help. We are eating just a few things he doesn’t seem to be a lover of the finger foods but it could also be because I’m not introducing enough variety. I’m definitely open to purchasing a cookbook if anyone has one they can suggest. But please share your menus for your LO’s 3 solid meals. Thank You!
