  Like how? I’m not sure of the purpose of the question. They can measure and date your embryo at either age with decent accuracy.

  I went in thinking I was 10 weeks but I wasn’t sure last period and they ultrasound scan dated me 8weeks!
  
  so I was just curious if it was a big difference or if I could really be 10

  Similar thing happened to me and I knew my last period date.. I went in thinking I was 7 weeks but they measured and said I was 6 weeks. If your periods are irregular and not on a 28 days cycle, it's not necessarily from the last period date.
