Upcoming Appointments: Had one today and the little gummy bear is measuring a few days ahead, so my due date was moved up 4 days. They took a blood draw for genetic testing, so we will get that back in about 10 days. Next appointment will be Thanksgiving week; I’ll be 15 weeks.
How are you feeling?: Not too bad! Fatigued easily, sore boobs, acne, and thirsty. But all totally manageable, and frankly, reassuring after a loss earlier this year.
Rants/Raves: None, just happy to be on track!
Questions: Has anyone considered not doing a nursery for the first year? We live in a small house and I’ve been reading that baby should stay in your room for the first 6 months to a year anyway. We only have one spare bedroom and was hoping to keep that for guests until he/she is big enough to need their own room. Has anyone waited to do a nursery until they are older?
GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn? I’m petite/Asian and my husband is tall/Caucasian, so I always thought our Short Round/Indiana Jones constume has been our best.

How are you feeling?: Tired. Nausea this weekend, but not anything terrible today. Had an awful headache all day yesterday.
Rants/Raves: We had a super busy day Saturday, Boo @ the Zoo, a lot of running around. Then yesterday we were meant to have people over for lunch but DH canceled. Which was great, because we needed a relaxing movie day.

GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn? I'm having a hard time thinking of childhood costumes, I was Raggedy Ann one year. DH and I have had cool DIY couples costumes...we were Roadrunner and Wil E Coyote one year and I made a blue feather tail and head piece. We won best couples costume that year!

Upcoming Appointments: had one today for my NIPT blood draw and have one Friday for my NT ultrasound
How are you feeling?: good! Continuing with very mild symptoms so really can’t complain. Feeling reassured after seeing the baby again today.
Rants/Raves: still exhausted!

Upcoming Appointments: Had one today, saw the baby via ultrasound for the second time and feel so much better. Strong heartbeat and lots of movement!
How are you feeling?: Pretty good. Tired and hungry all the time
Rants/Raves: Not really a rant but I'm already finding it awkward to respond to all the, "omg congrats, I'm so excited for you!" responses. Like, thank you, can we make me not the center of everything for a bit?

GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn? I was a princess 3 years in a row when I was kid so I must have liked that one a lot!

How are you feeling?: great! Worried! My symptoms are basically gone last few days which is so nice to not have the nausea. But I also worry since they disappeared even though that’s normal at this time.
Rants/Raves: it’s getting cold outside and I’m not ready for it! I want a few more weeks of nice weather without the snow yet. I love the snow, just want to finish up some house projects before the snow comes for good.
Questions: is there ever a time during pregnancy when I won’t worry?
GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn? I had a really awesome Quailman costume in high school- remember the Doug kids tv show?! Haven’t done costumes last few years just cuz of a crazy schedule.
