Curious how many women typically experience nausea right off the bat. If you were nauseous, how bad was it?

I didn't start feeling nauseous until around 6 weeks, and it continued until around 19 weeks. I was nauseous at varying levels all day long, but never threw up. Sometimes it felt like a very close call, though, and I carried emesis bags with me in my car just in case.

Not at all when I tested + at 3 weeks & change. I wasn’t first nauseous until 6ish weeks I think.

Thank you all for your responses! I know everyone is different, but I see some girls say a week and a half after ovulation they were throwing up. I have an event coming up in a month so I can’t risk being sick. My mom wasn’t sick until about 6 weeks so hopefully I take after her.

It really varies so much person to person. So if you’re not pregnant yet it’s probably best to wait until after the event if you really don’t want to risk feeling cruddy. I never vomited but I spent most of my nights after work laying down on the couch and I could not let myself get hungry otherwise the nausea would get pretty bad. But like you said some people start vomiting pretty soon so it’s all up in the air until you’re experiencing it for yourself unfortunately!

First pregnancy had horrific nausea from exactly 6-9 weeks, and with the second I had unpleasant nausea and mostly a lot of aversions from about 7-8 weeks to the end. I’m almost 6 weeks with another and haven’t felt any true nausea yet.

I felt carsick when I took my test, at 13dpo.
It was like…whole body carsick plus headache.
I thought I was just feeling sick with sadness or something like that
