  I know someone who just became an aunt on Thursday and they named her girl Collins.  The aunt's daughter (a teenager) heard the name and said "why did they name her that? Its aweful, she is a girl."  So real world reaction to the name Collins for a girl.

  Not a fan of Collins but I'd pair it with a feminine middle name to avoid confusion on gender
