Weird and gross question, please help!!

in 3rd Trimester
So I am now 37 weeks pregnant, normal pregnancy so far but all of a sudden it hurts to poop. I'm not trying to be gross but has this happened to anyone? Not a hurt like being constipated, just pain when going, no blood or anything ever, just pain and it's normal poop, not constipated or big or anything, just normal like a normal person. Sorry for being gross but I couldn't find any answers online.

    My guess would be that the baby is descending and putting pressure on your colon/rectum.

    It’s also possible that you could have an internal hemorrhoid that’s getting irritated whenever you go. Something you can investigate on your own at first 😅 and if that’s what it is, it’s treatable with with Preparation H and witch hazel wipes.
