The ability to work from home. My office is really pushing for in-person work, but they’re being lenient with me because of my pregnancy and insane commute.
Last night my son woke up at midnight and would not go back to sleep until 4am. I think he’s getting sick again which is nuts since we all just recovered from Covid a week ago. I’m a zombie today. If I had gone in to the office I would have gotten an hour of sleep (I wake up at 5:15am on office days).

My better half. He constantly reminds me that there's more than one way to interpret the world when I need it the most, and endlessly supports me no matter what happens. Even when he's driving me positively mad....I'm grateful we found each other, and my life is better with him in it.
And.....ditto to @etnyah's point about working from home. We're been really lucky that we've both been fully remote since COVID first happened, and should (hopefully) be able to continue that so long as we're in our current roles with this University.
This Thursday I’m also thankful for my husband. He works so hard for our family and while sometimes I complain about being the default parent while he’s on frequent business travel, he received a well deserved promotion this week that is truly life changing. All the sacrifices are thankfully paying off and I’m so happy for him.
I’m so thankful that I have an ultrasound tomorrow. It’s been nearly 6 weeks since I’ve had an appointment and time is absolutely crawling for me right now.
