Hcg not doubling

so my hcg went from 1726 to 3353. it didn't double by only 99. today on ultrasound we saw gest sac and yolk, no fetal pole/heart beat. I'm 5weeks 5 days. should I be concerned? let me add my first 3 hcg draws all doubled (some even more than doubled). HCG's in order were 107, 423, 1726, 3353. 

I'll add I know it's normal to not see the fetal pole/heart beat at this time, but should I be concerned about the hcg?

    This is a great post for the question thread :) what did your doctor say? If you haven't discussed with them I would shoot them a message to ask. At this point I wouldn't be concerned though that is a pretty good trend and there is a little variance in labs.
