Painful baby movements

Does anyone else find that the movements from baby is extremely uncomfortable to the point of pain? It feels like sharp jabs to my cervix and kinda feels like everything's gonna fall out-like a ton of pressure. I'm only 23 +5 so no where near the finish line but my other two pregnancies the movements were never painful.

    I was just worried about this two days ago. I think my baby ended up stuck in a foot down position, and his kicks were painful for a few hours.  He finally readjusted, and the movements are no longer painful, luckily. 

    If the movements are always painful for you, I'd mention it to your OB just to be on the safe side.
