Am I in labor?!

HELP! First time mom, I can’t really tell a difference in contractions and constipation/ baby movements. also I think (?) I’ve been losing my mucus plug. Need advice!! Just had a drs appt but they didn’t check my cervix or anything :(

    the only thing that can really tell you if they are real contractions is the timing! If they are regular, intense, lasting 1 minute, 5 minutes apart over the course of an hour call your doctor. 
    I know it’s cliche to say you’ll know the difference when you have real ones, but it’s so true haha

    and just so you know, honestly checking your cervix just means nothing. You can be x amount of cm dilated for weeks! So I always actually decline a cervix check during my appointments.
