  Symptoms mean nothing.  Please do not let that bother you.  A symptom is a missed period.  See what your next draw is and go from there.

  I didn't have sore breasts with pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry. I also think 4.5 weeks is pretty early to be feeling any symptoms. I think it's more typical for symptoms to set in closer to week 6.

    Thank you so much for responding. I’m on the thread for my due date month and everyone is describing sore breasts and other symptoms which is making me anxious since I’m not feeling anything. I had very sore breast right away with my first healthy pregnancy, but didn’t this past pregnancy which ended in miscarriage. So I think that’s causing me to think there’s something wrong but I’m sure it can be normal.

  The only symptoms I had was sore breast then I missed my period in order to take a test. Not everybody get symptoms with my first child I had no symptoms til about 8-9 weeks pregnant only a missed period that’s when I knew something was wrong
