IVF Insurance Coverage

We decided on IVF after 2 miscarriages (I have PCOS & he has low morphology) does anyone know anything about what qualifies someone for IVF? My insurance does cover it but I’m wondering if they will authorize it. I’m so anxious! Any info is appreciated.

     Your clinic has to submit preauth and it has to come through.

    Do not feel anxious - never heard of this getting denied.
    Your clinic will take care of it.

    All insurances are different as far as coverage goes. Some require iui first some dont etc. I would call your insurance and ask to speak with an advocate or benefits specialist and then get your clinic to submit prior authorization. Best of luck to you.
