Anyone get another lh surge AFTER ovulation?

Anyone get another lh surge AFTER ovulation? I'm about 11 weeks post partum from my stillbirth, and starting TTC again... this past cycle i had EWCM and the lh surge, and then my temperature climbed so i'm fairly certain i ovulated! But 4-5 days later I got the EWCM AGAIN, and baffled, took more OPK tests which showed another surge.
I definitely ovulated (confirmed with proov PDG tests) and got my period 14 days after the first lh surge, but from everything I've read, the body only surges twice if you didn't ovulate the first time?
