Hi all! Just wondering if you have any favorite YouTubers, apps, etc. with workouts that are safe during pregnancy. I've found some subscription-based services but am hoping to also find some options that are lower cost or free. I walk quite a bit at the moment and enjoy dance classes, as well, but I'm looking for a little more guidance for strengthening and stretching exercise (think pilates, Barre, yoga, etc.). Thanks!
