Surprise BFP at doctor… negative at home!

Hi everyone!
Today I got a surprise at my GYN appt with a BFP. We face male factor infertility and we didn’t think we could be pregnant. I went to the GYN thinking I am having hormonal imbalances (normal then longer cycles (45 days) and nipple discharge. She did a test just to rule it out and she said it’s positive. I went home and took a test and I just see one line. I am of course having a lot of mixed emotions as it doesn’t seem real and it’s hard for me to believe it since I don’t see it. The dates also don’t really align with my last period (aug 10) so I’m so … confused. Is it possible she’s wrong?… I did get a blood test and am waiting on results! I’ve been beside myself ALLLLL day!!
