Disinfectant wipes

We are in the process of moving and I was wiping down some bathroom stuff with disinfectant wipes in a small space. I have been avoiding chemicals and cleaning in general (delegating to my partner) but I didn’t really think about the wipes. I was only using them for about 10 minutes before I realized that it may not be the best idea. I am about 12 weeks pregnant. Will this cause any harm to my baby?

Re: Disinfectant wipes

  • It will be fine. If it is that concerning to you, wear gloves.

You can live life and do your regular cleaning routines.

As long as you are not pouring straight up bleach into a toilet or sink to clean or using industrial strength cleaning solutions you will be fine.
